The ICT-FSL product line up of Gapfiller-Spacers from DENKA Chemicals

The Soft & Ultra Soft Gapfiller-Spacer of the ICT-FSL line are thermally conductive and electrically insulating soft elastomers based on silicone, with which very good thermal connections can be achieved.

Due to the extremely high softness and the ability to adapt of the silicone gap filler, an optimal thermal transition is achieved even at very low pressure on the surfaces to be contacted. This significantly reduces the total thermal transfer resistance. Noteworthy are the special formulation and filling of the silicone elastomer with proprietary high-quality ceramic powder, which allows a very high thermal conductivity of up to 8 W/m*K.

The natural adhesion of the material also enables a very good pre-installation, and thus the use in automated assembly plants.

are therefore suitable for automotive applications.

All ICT SUEDWERK Gapfiller-Spacer types offers an absolute highly reliable.

Throuh its natural cohesive properties, the materials is also very easy to pre-apply.
All types can be supplied self-adhesive on one or both sides.
