JOB ADVERTISEMENT PRODUCTION EMPLOYEES (M/FM/D) FOR FOIL- PRODUCTION IN FULL TIME
We reliably manufacture highest quality thermally conductive solutions in accordance to customer's specific requirements and specifications in time. With the latest digital cutting plotter, laser, stamping technologies combined with our skills and high quality level, we therefore provide extensive confidence to our customers.
We are looking for motivated & dedicated production employees (male/female/divers) for our Foil production in full-time / 40-week hours as soon as possible. The focus of your activities is placed on our digital CNC-controlled plotter and laser cutting as well as punching machines.
Your professional activities for us:
- Significant participation and further development of our in-house quality management system by contributing your experience and knowledge for our audited quality standard 9001: 2015//14001/2015
- Preparation and post-processing of the workplace and our machines including pre-setting, cutting, punching, laminating, loading as well as the provision of material, feedback of production orders (system-supported)
- Conversion of technical drawings and specifications into our CAD program, operation of our modern non-contact 2D as well as 3D laser measuring systems for independent measurement of the manufactured initial first sample and serial parts
- Execution of visual first piece approval, machine care and maintenance work, design and creation of customer-specific packaging as well as further development of existing packaging regulations
- Development of our manufacturing processes as well as their documentation (setting sheet), close cooperation with our internal quality assurance as well as the tool making department
Professional requirements:
You have completed vocational training as a packaging mechanic/ packaging technologist,machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic and/or comparable technical training and/or advanced training and have ideally already gained experience in the use of ignition cutting plotters and laser cutting systems, machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic and/or comparable technical training and/or advanced training and ideally already have experience in the use of ignition cutting plotters and laser cutting systems.
- business fluent German skills, written and spoken
- knowledge of English is an advantage
- Physical resilience
- Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding
- Very good three-dimensional imagination for the preparation as well as the understanding and implementation of technical drawings and drafts.
- Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft applications Arden Impact or similar CAD programs
